The central line is the median. Shaded bands contain the middle 50% and middle 80% of forecast scenarios. Wider bands mean greater disagreement, not a measured confidence interval. Turn on the individual lines to see the individual possibilities.
The near-ground temperature graph is being prepared. The other graphs remain available.
Near-ground temperature °C · 2 m
Temperature 2 metres above the model terrain at the nearest grid point. It is not adjusted to the ski resort elevation.
Temperature at 850 hPa °C
Temperature in the lower atmosphere, often around 1,500 m. This is not the temperature at the ski resort, and cannot by itself tell us whether snow will fall there.
Precipitation per six hours mm
Rain plus the water equivalent of snow, for each complete six-hour period. These are separate interval totals—not snowfall centimetres or a running accumulation.
Precipitation outlook
The percentage reaching the selected threshold in each six-hour period. This is raw ensemble support, not a calibrated probability or a guarantee.
Tap or hover over a graph to inspect a period. On small screens, swipe the graphs sideways. The time slider also works with the keyboard.
