Snow shows estimated fresh snowfall in centimetres over the preceding forecast interval, using the same empirical conversion as our forecasts; it is not snow depth. Estimates use model-grid temperature and terrain, so mountain resort forecasts may differ. Rain shows total precipitation in millimetres, including the water equivalent of snow. Times are shown in your device’s time zone.
