La station occupe le versant nord-est de la Vasilitsa, montagne culminant à 2 249 m, ainsi que le mont voisin de Gomara. Le massif du Pinde offre des paysages d’une grande beauté naturelle. Grevena se trouve à 42 km, le village de Smixi est proche du centre de ski, et Thessalonique est à 250 km.
