Kalavrita Ski Area - Base 1705 · 1705 m
Kalavrita ski resort is one of the most organised in Greece. It is located on the northwest side of Mount Helmos, at Vathia Lakka. Helmos is a mountain range of the northern Peloponnese extending to a large part of the Prefecture of Achaia and to a smaller part of the Prefecture of Corinth. It is located in the northeastern part of the former Province of Kalavrita and its highest peak reaches 2,355 meters. It is 203km far from Athens and 14km from the city of Kalavrita.
The resort has 7 lifts, 12 slopes, big parking space, first aid station, Services - for renting equipment and learning skiing and two Chalets.
The resort is expected to renovate all its lifts by 2022 as an investment of 20,250,000 Euro is under way.
