Metsovo Ski Area - Karakoli 1310 · 1375 m
Metsovo is a town in Epirus in the mountains of Pindus, in northern Greece, between Ioannina to the west and Meteora to the east. It is served by Greek National Road 6 (Ioannina – Trikala) and by the Egnatia Odos motorway.
There are three ski centres around Metsovo: Politsies (at an altitude of 1360-1620m), 4km away from Mestovo, Karakoli (alt 1340-1520m) 1,5km away from Metsovo and Zygos (alt 1680-1850m).
